Information from others — Credit bureaus, previous landlords, employers (when you apply), and background check services may provide us with information relevant to your application.

WHO SEES YOUR INFORMATION
We share your information only when necessary:
→ Our property management company and staff who need it to serve you → Service providers (payment processors, maintenance vendors, background check companies) → Legal authorities when required by law or court order → Future owners if the property is sold (your lease transfers anyway)
We do not sell your personal information. Full stop.
HOW WE PROTECT IT
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, secure servers, and access controls. That said, no system is perfectly secure. We do our best.
YOUR CHOICES
You can opt out of marketing emails anytime. You can request to see what information we have about you. If something’s wrong, you can ask us to correct it. Note that some information we must keep for legal or business reasons even after you move out.

We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Our apartments are for adults.
